SOFTWARE UPDATE
We released a software update on the 8th June 2026, here’s what you need to know.
Please note
This update impacts only our customers currently using Version 9.1 of the Sympac software. Not sure what version you are running? From within Sympac use the F12 Function Key.
Point of Sale
- Reprinting picking slips now shows the correct weight values
- Reprinting shipping labels now defaults to the correct address details

Maintaining department NSI GL codes now saves and loads correctly

Once the update is downloaded and installed on your PC, you will need to restart your computer to ensure that all changes take effect.
