Symlearning is Sympac's eLearning platform, it's designed to provide our customers the power to change quickly, onboard new team members fast and upskill existing users when new software enhancements are released.

Our team has a strong commitment to the continued growth and development of our symlearning offering. We launched symlearning early May 2024 and since then we've been reaching some pretty exciting milestones thanks to our symlearners!

Our full course suite has structured learning pathways to maximise you and your teams understanding of the Sympac system. These courses are designed to complement different roles that our sympac users perform - from the front customer facing areas through to the back end admin and finance and every aisle in between!

Microlearning Courses

Microlearning is short and most times function specific lessons that focus on Refresher Training & Upskilling your team - they take 15-30mins to complete.

We do offer a very limited number of FREE microlearning lessons to sympac customers but you'll have to register by selecting 'micro learning' on the registration form!
