In the upcoming August software release, we will enhance the To Be Ordered (TBO) feature, launch our new Statement Dashboard, and improve the P&L Variance Report Extract.
Additionally, you’ll find a new Document Audit feature and payroll split posting to the General Ledger.
Building on our earlier announcement this week about our new software release schedule and information sharing, this is the first of several posts to highlight what’s new and improved ahead of the release date!

To Be Ordered (TBO) Function
We are implementing several enhancements to make our popular TBO Function even more user-friendly. See the new updates below.
Options and Data Entry Columns
The Data Entry columns, and Show Tallys options have been moved to provide a cleaner interface – these are still available by clicking the gear icon at the top right of the TBO screen.
A new option to control the number of months of sales data that will show in the graph has also been added – this can be 12, 18 or 24 months.
Requisition Filtering
A new filtering option has been added to allow the user to identify and manage any product already in the TBO system for requisition purposes. This filtering option will only appear if a branch has been setup for requisitioning.
Both of these options will obey the Location filter option, this enables you to review TBO data that can be sourced from a warehouse or specified location.
Profit & Loss MTD/YTD Variance Report
This is a new P&L report based on the General Ledger Print Control.
There are 3 Output Options to choose from with this new P&L Report
- Standard Sympac Report
- Formatted Excel file
- Displayed in a Grid with ability to show GL transactions for an account by clicking on any of the MTD or YTD values.
