Introducing our NEW Statement Dashboard
Following our recent post where we highlighted improvements to the TBO function and introduced a new P&L Report, we’re excited to announce the launch of a new Statement Dashboard!

Statement Dashboard Features & Benefits
We understand that for some stores, creating debtor statements can take up a lot of time and sometimes interfere with other important tasks. But now, there’s good news! With our August software update, we’re introducing the new Sympac Statements Dashboard, designed to make creating and sending customer statements quicker and simpler.
We’re excited to share a preview of all the benefits this new dashboard will bring to you, and we’ve also added a microlearning lesson to our symlearning platform – making it even easier to explore the benefits and empowering you to transition quickly from old to new! Find out more about the symlearning course further below.
Features & Benefits
- New look & feel enhances ease of use
- Side Panels enable you to drill into individual customer and transaction detail without leaving the dashboard
- Flexibility to customise the grid with show/hide columns function
- Enhanced filtering options
- Toggle filters and panels on and off to increase grid view
- Easy select and deselect customers - further refining your list
- Preview statements before sending
- Export to excel capabilities
- Incorporate Pay By Links to include in the statement - allowing customers to pay quickly and securely online
Note: the New Statement Dashboard dashboard is not currently available for open item statements, this feature will be a future enhancement!
