The rollout of Sympac Software Version 9.1 is underway, delivering a wide range of updates and improvements across the system during May and June 2026, along with a dedicated new feature launch for our interactive, consolidated dashboards and some special new menu enhancements.
With more than 40 new and improved features spanning key modules and core system functions, this release is focused on supporting smoother, more reliable workflows that help reduce manual steps and save time in day‑to‑day operations.
To support this important roll out we’ve created a dedicated Sympac v9.1 eLearning course!
The course is designed to guide you through the changes, highlight what’s new and most impactful, and help you quickly understand how the new features and functions fit into your role. Whether you’re looking for a high‑level overview or want to focus on specific modules you use every day, the eLearning content allows you to learn at your own pace, exactly when you need it.
