Merric brings more than 30 years’ experience delivering complex digital, cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise modernisation programs across major Australian organisations.
In his role at Sympac, Merric will provide strategic and operational leadership across development and QA, supporting the delivery of high‑quality, customer‑aligned product outcomes while continuing to modernise our platform and delivery capability.
