We are releasing a software update overnight on the 6th May 2026, here’s what you need to know…

Release Information

New Sympac Dashboards!

  • A new button has been added to the Sympac main menu for the upcoming Sympac Dashboards area. This button is live and enabled in advance, giving you early access to explore what’s coming.
  • Each dashboard currently links to a detailed News Post, where you can learn more about the functionality, features, and what you need to do now to prepare for their release. This early access is designed to help you become familiar with the dashboards and prepare for the security settings you will need to configure, so you are ready ahead of full rollout.
  • There’s more to come! Keep an eye on your News Feed for an upcoming post with further details on the new dashboards, and be sure to click on the new Dashboards menu once you’ve downloaded and installed the update.

Inventory

  • Using a mix of Hanshow ESL labels and normal printed labels no longer updates the printed label prices when the Hanshow process is triggered
  • A “After Onhand” display issue with Inventory adjustments “Adjust Stock” process has been corrected
  • Systems setup to print labels from either price 4 or price 5 now works correctly in the queue labels process

System

  • In the office365 setup, the “Client Secret” has been set to a password field

  • Once the update is downloaded and installed on your PC, you will need to restart your computer to ensure that all changes take effect.

  • We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however rest assured that the restart will only take a few minutes.
