Customer Contracts & Pricing!
This weeks course is all about managing customer contracts including Global Contracts.
Contracts (especially Global Contracts) are essentially designed as “hooks”, to keep customers (by offering products the customer will be most interested in at low prices) and make better GP on the more incidental purchases.
While initially they may be complex to set up, the Global Contract feature allows time savings in setting up and maintaining contract pricing if used by a large number of customers, changing pricing frequently or if it is used for many products.
Contracts can be set on a range of products that a customer or a group of customers will buy in volume, all other products fit into ‘Discounts by department’ and or ‘Discounts by FLC”
We have a introduction lesson available for Contracts & Pricing which provides a basic overview, however we also have just released a full Managing Contracts course which offers structured lessons, a variety of different learning styles including videobased learning, interactive lessons and also a full reference guide you can download after completion of the final quiz (as well as certifications!). Find out more below.
All FULL subscription symlearners have access to our Contracts & Pricing courses!
You will find both courses within the “Debtors (Trade/Customer Accounts)” Learning Pathway folder.
