Symlearning is Sympac's eLearning platform, it is designed to provide our customers the power to change quickly, onboard new team members fast and upskill existing users when new software enhancements are released.

All our courses are carefully curated by inhouse Sympac trainers who have decades of industry related experience and business improvement know how.

Micro Learning Courses

Our Microlearning is a suite of short and most times function specific courses. They focus on Refresher & Upskilling your team and only take 15-30mins to complete.

We do offer a limited number of FREE microlearning lessons to sympac customers but you'll have to register for access and select 'micro learning' on the registration form!

In order to gain access to our complete microlearning suite you will need to register for our pay per user per month symlearning option - see our pricing page for more information.

Full eLearning Courses

Our full course suite has structured learning pathways to maximise you and your teams understanding of the Sympac system. They have multiple lessons and lesson review points, resources to download and can take between 1-2 hours to complete each. They also offer certification at the end on completion of a final 'test your knowledge quiz'.

Our full courses are designed to complement different roles that our sympac users perform - from the front customer facing areas through to the back end admin and finance.
