Notice re CBA Pin Pad Issues

This information is for all stores that have (Commonwealth Bank Australia) CBA Pin Pads!

For stores that have already upgraded to Version 8.44

Have you experienced issues with EFTPOS transactions following the recent Pin Pad software upgrade?

  • These pin pad issues are usually caused because not all your store’s pin pads are on the same software version.
  • CBA will need to locate the affected pin pad terminals/s and roll these back to Version 8.43. 
  • In order to resolve the issue you will need to get in touch with the CBA directly.
For stores that haven't yet upgraded and are still on Version 8.43
  • No action is required.
  • Just ensure you remain on the 8.43 Version until advised differently.
