IHG EXPO
The team and I recently attended the IHG Expo in Adelaide, where we hosted Sympac User Group sessions. Huge thank you to the 100+ attendees who joined us!

Welcome to new team members
We were pleased to welcome to the team Nathaly Conlan who has joined the Client Services Team. Nathaly has a background in finance, IT support and teaching IT courses and is a great addition to the Sympac team.
Welcome new stores
Welcome aboard to Brodie Hardware and Normanville Mitre 10 who recenlty joined the Sympac community.
January Software Release
The most recent software release was communicated in 3 parts on the 25th January, the key updates included:
Refer to #1 Software Update for the following updates:
- POS – Till Payment Eftpos tender screen, rounding issues, quotes, cash sales custom formates for invoices updated and enhanced.
- Customers/Debtors – updates to customer enquiry, debtor commision report and sundry sales
- Products – updates to the product alter information tab interface, product reconciliation enquiry and available stock values.
- Creditors – data issue with creditor alpha alterations and creditor Batch Release Hold has been fixed
- Faulty Goods – updates and fixes to claim cancelling and claims notes.
- Payrol – hyperlinks to ATO help documentation added to Payroll PAD screen and fixes to employee searches.
- SVOS – system updates to critical and non critical can now be captured.
- System – import of creditor master data to Table Magic errors resolved.
Significant enhancements:
- Purchase Order – comments and instructions hae now been expanded to include more information and flows through to the end purchase order; refer to #2 Software Update
- Purchase Ordering – average cost update when placing a product with no stock on hand has had significant enhancements; refer to #3 Software Update

We’ve released several new courses to the symlearning platform recently; these courses are all automatically added to your learning dashboard under the corresponding learning pathway folder.
