Sympac Request Assistance Option Currently Unavailable
We want to let you know that the Request Assistance option within Sympac is currently experiencing technical issues, and we are not receiving tickets submitted this way.
This has affected stores who submitted requests through Request Assistance yesterday, and the issue is still ongoing.
If you have submitted a request this way and haven’t heard back from us, please resubmit by emailing helpdesk@sympac.com.au. These emails are reaching our help desk system as normal.
If you need to submit a work request, please copy and paste the terms and conditions from the Request Assistance screen into your email, and confirm in the email that you accept these terms and conditions.

We are working on getting Request Assistance back up and running and will let you know as soon as it’s resolved.
