Alert! Mighty Rewards System Outage
Due to a Global Microsoft Outage – Loyalty is experiencing an outage.
Stores are unable to continue to process sales accounts loyalty cards or Redeem Points or Sign-Up New Customers.
Stores should set aside a copy of all sales dockets with the customers card # to ensure that we can add points later.
Below is the Notice from Mitre 10 IT for your information, we will let stores know via a news post when more information comes to hand or when the situation is resolved.
