#1 Software Update Jan 2025

We will be releasing a software upgrade for our product in the coming days. Please read the notice below to find out about the update and what actions you may need to take.

Upgrade Information

Point of Sale

  • Till Payment Eftpos cancellation from tender screen will now check for the payment response from Till 10 times. If no payment response is received, it will return to tender screen
  • A rounding issue with customer document deposits and products of more than 2 decimal places has been correctedPOS will now always reset to the Staff Number field following a reprint
  • Quotes will now load the correct GP for ALTUOM products when using MUPCost for GP calculation
  • Cash sales over the pre-set value will now use custom formats for invoice printing, when set
  • A rounding issue with picking data entry has been corrected

Customers

  • Receipts set up with email attachments no longer remove the setup attachment after the first receipt
  • Debtor Commission report Debtor Group edit fields are now set to be Uppercase
  • Customer Enquiry and Transaction enquiry now has visibility of RAT sales values
  • Negative sundry sales can now be allocated through the debtor allocation process

Products

  • The product alter APNs / Additional Information tab has been updated to provide a cleaner interface
  • Product reconciliation enquiry now obeys the system colours
  • Available stock values will now calculate when the system is setup for Available = Onhand less Customer orders, and the data is sourced from the branch stock table.

Creditors

  • Altering a creditor alpha will no longer cause a data issue with products
  • Creditor Batch Release Hold – Altering ToPay amounts now allows the entry of a held amount to calculate the ToPay amount

Faulty Goods and Claims

  • Cancelling a claim will now update the creditor transaction CLM record
  • Claims notes details now share through the SVOS system

Payroll

  • Hyperlinks to ATO help documentation has been added to Payroll PAD code screen
  • Employee search now works with the custom columns that can be setup

SVOS

  • The SVOS system now has the ability to define captured data as critical and non critical data. This is done by holding the transmission request in a different space to all it to be transmitted in non critical times.
  • The initial definition for non critical data is stocktake update for products that have not had any onhand change.
  • The impact of this is that a complete stocktake update for a large product database will not impact transmission of normal sales data – these details will be drip fed through the SVOS system over time

System

  • Importing creditor master data from table magic no longer causes error 22’s
  • Custom EOM batch files now run

What you need to do

  • Once the update is downloaded and installed on your PC, you will need to restart your computer to ensure that all changes take effect.

  • We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however rest assured that the restart will only take a few minutes.
