This week we are shining a spotlight on GL Journals & Reversals!
The Journals function allows the system to process double entry journals to the General Ledger with the accounts that have been entered on the screen.
Unlike the ‘Cash Receipts’ & ‘Cash Payments’ function it doesn’t make the assumption that one side of the journal is going to the bank account, therefore you must enter both the credits and the debits of the journal.
In this particular GL course you will learn how to process the following journals, including document reversals.

- Non Integrated General Ledger Journals
- Standing Journals
- Standing Journals Alter
- Processing a Standing Journal
- Printing the Standard Journals
